Oneplan Pet Insurance has a GEM

I Received a call from Lerato Mathu after doing an online enquiry with Oneplan Pet Insurance. I normally hate dealing with online sales people but Lerato was a cut above the rest. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his products and couls answer all of my questions.

Even when I asked for some time compare with other insurers he was understanding and asked when he could call back, which he did on time.

Further to this, my first debit order failed to go through due to incorrect banking details and when I called Lerato to see see what was happening, he personally walked up stairs to the finance department to get it sorted out for me. This is unheard of and you literally went the extra mile for me.
