Oneplan Pet Insurance - great experience
I had the pleasure of dealing with Nkosinathi Ndlovu iro transferring a Pet Plan from one owner to the other, as I have adopted the pet insured. He was charming, professional and extremely patient, taking great pains to ensure that I understood all the 'fine print' and relevant terms and conditions. He is a gem and if this is the experience at onboarding, I can only have great expectations for when I need to claim.
