Oneplan Pet Insurance Claim - Agent Kim Street a real Gem!

Undoubtedly, moving to Oneplan Pet insurance was the best thing I've done for my furbabies! I recently got a new kitten, and sadly he injured his leg breaking his bone. I wasn't happy with the feedback from the first agent, so reached out further, of which Agent Kim Street was assigned, she carried me through the entire case. My baby needed surgery and as you can imagine this is quite costly, of which a 50% deposit is needed for the Vet Hospital from myself. With all my queries and need for clarification, she was absolutely amazing and gave detailed feedback in each response. She helped me feel at ease with how the incident would be investigated and my claims. My little ones surgery was successful and my entire hospital fee was covered as per policy and approvals from Oneplan. It's usually not easy over email to converse with such complex instances but her professionalism and attention to detail, made me feel that she understood my circumstances and tended to me with care, of which made engagement so much easier!
