Oneplan Pet Insurance
I had an issue with the Oneplan App where my proof of payment was not uploading for some reason. However, using the chat option, Rutendo was able to assist me promptly and provide alternate ways for me to provide my POP and have my claim processed efficiently. She was courteous and efficient.
