Oneplan pet insurance are manipulative ****s
Oneplan are manipulative ****s.
I called to cancel my plan, I've since had 10 calls to try and get me to reactive the policy, I refused the call. Today I receive an sms saying to financial constraints my policy is being canceled which is not the case at all. I NO LONGER WANT YOUR POLICY and as a consumer I can choose who to use.
