22 Feb 2022, 14:40I have a problem with installing the Oneplan app on my phone. Tried more than 3 x today but every time it says that the Oneplan will be installed on your device soon. It is more than 4 hours later and still nothing. I was also requested to upload photos of the pets that are insured now but cannot do it because I don't have access to the app.
The reviews that I see on Oneplan from Dec 2021 doesn't look very good because everyone is complaining about the app... Must I still continue to join? Maybe I must reconsider
