Oneplan Pet Insurance
I was assisted by Africa Zondo this morning who was super friendly and professional. He answered all my questions patiently and helped me understand how the policy works. Such a pleasure dealing with Oneplan - and wonderful that there are still organizations where we get to speak to a human being instead of an automated voice!!
