OnePlan Pet Insurance
I spoke to Lerato Phatela with regards pet insurance for my two dogs. She was extremely helpful, patient and explained everything in detail to me. Chatting to her made the whole experience very easy to understand. She is a star. Regards Tracey Petersen

31 May 2021, 12:25Well that good service was short lived - how do I sign up on Friday last week based on the quote I received, only to receive a mail now thanking me for my continued journey with yourselves and that my premium is being increased by 6.44% - i havent even started the journey and this happens. Perhaps i should be ending the journey!
