Oneplan Pet Insurance
Refilwe Ntsia did an outstanding job today 🌸 she assisted me with a confusing claim query( I added to the confusion to be fair ) however throughout my call she stayed calm, confident and showed dedication in getting my problem solved, even going as far as offering a call-back after being on hold for a few minutes. She's clearly works with pride and has beautiful attention to detail ! Buy her some lunch 😊
