OnePlan Pet Insuraces - very disappointing
Again I have dissatisfaction with this pet insurance who will not cover a pet prorata. I am an existing client who has a dog on this insurance and every time I try engage, I have a problem. How can an insurance company offer coverage but only on their terms and not pro rata? If something happens between now and the beginning of the month, there will be no insurance because they will not cover pro-rata! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

This is stated in our policy terms and conditions which was furnished to you upon sign up of the policy.
