OnePlan Pet Care
We went through a very bad time yesterday when we heard the news that my little dog, (who is my baby) had to undergo an emergency back operation. Between our Vet and the animal hospital I dealt with Heather Webster who assisted us to get authorization for my baby dog, Rocket to be admitted to hospital and rushed to theater. It was as horrible day for us all, but with the calm and friendly assistance from Heather Webster, all went smooth and today Rocket is on the road to recovery. Heather thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts, both myself and my husband cant thank you and all the staff at the One Plan Pet Insurance claims department enough for being there for us and helping us with all the arrangements that had to be done. May God bless you all the ladies at the claims department.
