Oneplan outstanding support and commitment

I had a problem obtaining an invoice from a healthcare facility I visited inwhich they repeatedly provided me incorrect information on the multiple times, I had contacted them over 20 times within 3 weeks and was extremely disappointed with the healthcare facility. I truly appreciate the Oneplan team who assisted me even though the amount was small, they remained supportive and intervened with the healthcare facility on my behalf which brought a huge relief on myside in obtaining the required documents with relevant information and reimbur*****t was processed.
