Oneplan Not for the people
It is shocking. I have a.12 month waiting period to have my gallbladder out and it is an emergency situation. My waiting period comes to and end Feb 2020. I need the operation done now and they rejected it and said even after the waiting period it will still be rejected. I'm paying for a service which I am not getting. They dont care either if someone dies on their watch! Stay far away. They should sell funeral policies rather!

I have now been waiting nearly a day for a reply from the in Hospital Authorisations Department to come back to me. I am so so sick and so so sore. I don't think ONEPLAN realises how serious this matter of mine is and possibly for those other people out there who suffer from the same medical emergency. Surely it doesn't take a whole day to get a "YES" or "NO" answer? What would ONEPLAN do if I died while "WAITING FOR THEIR IN HOSPITAL AUTHORISATIONS DEPARTMENT"? I am grateful that Celeste has been trying to help me sort something out, but this is getting critical now :(

These people are playing with people's lives like they mean nothing... I have children who need their mother. The rate this is carrying on I will not be around for much longer to be there for my children. This is ridiculous :(
