OnePlan & Mr. Molutsi Monoametsi Excellent Assistance.

I have to recommend the service I received from Mr. Molutsi Monoametsi at OnePlan.

I had a GP visit that I paid for upfront and then requested a refund for afterwards on their OnePlan. I was declined twice in a row and each time they wanted the same information I already provided them with. By the third time I was so frustrated that I was ready to give up.

Then I had a telephonic call with Mr. Molutsi Monoametsi who told me that I should send everything to him personally and he would help me.

Within 24 hours I received a message to inform me that I was approved.

Thank goodness for this man who actually knows how do his job WELL.
