Oneplan ****

Oneplan has always been good to us, that is why I cannot give a one star, but when the COVID-19 crisis hit and we lost all our income, that is when things became problematic. We phoned them in advance and asked to pause our plan so we do not have to pay which they did for one month. When the second month came and we still had no income we phoned them again to extend the pause for one more month. They confirmed that it would be paused, but when the end of the month came, they deducted literally the only money we had left in our account. So, they basically ****. Now they tell us that we will need to wait 7 to 14 days for them to pay it back, but when they want your money, they take it immediately. What are we suppose to do now? We have no money for food or anything and we have three children. Thanks Oneplan for your compassion in a time of need!

Hi Eugene,

We apologize profusely for the inconvenience caused by this whole ordeal. This is not the kind of service that we pride ourselves with and we would not want to tarnish the relationship that we have built thus far.

We have acknowledged all the service breakdowns that have lead to you being debited even though a premium holiday had been granted on your policy. Corrective measures are being put in place to ensure that something of the same nature does not happen again. A request has also been escalated to finance team expedite the query and have the funds in your account as soon as possible.

Once again we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards
Oneplan
