Oneplan is theiving our money

Please people stay away. They work fine dor small things. I have kidneystones. Been struggling for a few tears now. I signed up to oneplan cUse they affordable and cover the removal of stones. So i went through the process of 1 year pre existing consitions where i couldnt claim. So i was in hospital last year and they tried to claim although the procesure wasnt done and nothing was paid. Now my exclusion period is over for a yeAr now and now my authorisation has been rejected for the pcnl procesure to remove the stones. Nice one oneplan. Thanx for legally *****ing my money for the last 3 years. *******s
