Oneplan is the worst medical insurance
I wish I could rate - 5.
I have had continuous problems and stress with Oneplan from day one! They are thee worst medical insurance to have, my issue as we speak is I am 8 months pregnant and cannot book my bed, nor get a GOP for my gynae to proceed because of one plans terms and conditions, they refused to send me a authorization number for my procedure and bed - only want to send it 2 weeks for the procedure which is so ********* when pregnant cause anything can happen, the hospital now refuses to accept my things. I am 30 weeks pregnant dealing with this stress and bull**** of oneplan. Here I am paying my premium every month, it states I'm covered for this but clearly not or under their stupid ridiculous terms and conditions!!!! I have had it with oneplan! You are useless, and rob people every month cause we clearly not covered for ANYTHING!
YOU HAVE MADE MY PREGNANCY EVEN MORE UNBEARABLE
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients. We do have your best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
