Oneplan is the say to go!
As a pet *****, I am completely happy with the service I recieved from Mbali, an employee of Oneplan. She was very helpful and explained every step of the plan. She directed me on the phone for an hour, helped me step up my online application and explained how to use my app. She was very understanding and kind regarding my situation. I would recommend anyone who needs insurance for their dogs. Please ask for Mbali in need of assistance.
