Oneplan is pathetic

Beginning of October I cancelled my policy with Oneplan. I sent them an email , but might have deleted it as I can't find it. They kept on deducting premiums for October , November and December. I reversed October and November on my app , but December I couldn't , so I had to go into the bank. It cost me R45 to reverse , but couldn't stop the debit order as I need a cancellation letter from Oneplan , which they are refusing to give me. Their service is really beyond pathetic and will keep on looking for excuses to keep on taking your money.

Hi Nicolaas,

Thank you for taking our call earlier and allowing us the opportunity to resolve this. As per our discussion, the claim form states that Murphy was diagnosed and treated for gastroenteritis. This condition is deemed as an illness, and unfortunately is not covered on the Accident Plan which you are currently covered on. We do have comprehensive plans such as the Hospital, Classic plan and the Super plan which do cover this kind of condition should you wish to upgrade.

With regards to the debits, our retentions department have been in contact to discuss the cancellation of the policy and it was agreed the policy would continue while the above claim is being looked into by the compliance department. We have amended this and there will be no further debits on the account.

Kind Regards
Oneplan
