Oneplan is fast becoming The One

I am truly happy with the service from Oneplan Medical Insurance! I have dealt with them on numerous occasions over the past 18 months. Although it's not a Medical Aid, it often works out to be a lot more convenient as claiming is easy through the App and the debit card provided. They also keep adding to their benefits as time goes on. I must also commend the Team on how much they've focused on improved customer service where they have on two occasions this month dealt with claims concerns of mine expediently. For the most recent occasion, I'd like to make special mention of Claims Consultant Busisiwe Motha. Keep up the good work and keep growing from strength to strength!
