Oneplan is all about the money and no regard for our pets safety

Utterly shocked how you dont pay due to your 14 day policy which I did not sign up for in the first place. You refuse to pay for my babies MRI and requested we wait till September even the u refused again. Now after the MRI is done he needs to wait 14 days to see a surgeon. He could die by then and u still sticking to your policy how is this favourable to our pets.
