OnePlan is absolutely useless.....

I have been with Oneplan for over four years. I was on the highest plan and hardly claimed for my pets. The card they send through never works, so you must pay and claim. I recently put my boy down due to aggression, and it has taken several phone calls and emails to try and finalise a one-month claim. You can never get hold of the assessors; they do not respond to emails, so I am cancelling my policy with them. I would rather pay my R1000 with another provider who takes customer service seriously. Stay away; they are not as good as they are made out to be. Thank god I don't have household insurance with them. PS. The complaints team also don't respond to complaints.
