Oneplan is a great company, however there are some unhelpful chat assistants that can give this lovely company a bad name, empathy and politeness is a must for the health sector especially when it's private, but I would please like to chat to one plan about my experience with these 2 particular people, i must state clearly, the agents ability to handle their job with integrity lies in the individual, so take nothing away from this awesome establishment. One plan always catered and delivered with great standards.
