Oneplan Insurance's customer care representative on their WhatsApp number was Lebogang Sambo, Lebogang was very helpful and friendly. Lebogang rep**** quickly and had all the answers that I was looking for. Lebogang also did everything I needed over WhatsApp, which was really helpful during these Covid-19 times. Thank you Lebogang for your efficiency during the process.
