22 Nov 2023, 20:07Seems I was too hasty in giving such a good review. Trying to figure out how to delete the good review as my recent experience was less than satisfying. Razia doesn't respond to mails, claims are not thoroughly investigated and blatantly reputed. No opportunity or even attempt from Oneplan to assist a client in a claim. Utterly disappointing.
