Oneplan insurance very bad experience

i was involved in an attempted hijack situation,the car hit the rocks and the suspension and un carriage was badly damaged, i have an insurance with oneplan for over 2years both car and medical insurance.i never skipped a payment.the took my car to denver autobody repair shop 5months later the car is still there ive made 10s of phone calls to both the repairer and oneplan,no one even bothers to give feedback from oneplan nobody cares of the inconvenience they have cost me for almost half a year with no car that ive been paying for every month...so i went as far as cancelling my other policies with them following all steps till this day they keep debiting my accounts even after cancellation(yaish patel and kgomotso) just dont care.Oneplan is a big **** i wouldnt revomend
