Oneplan insurance ruined the Christmas holidays by robbing me

It hasn't been a good experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to further join this company for health insurance.

They have double billed me for the month of December because they said they are future billing me for January as the 25th of January falls on a holiday.I get billed on the 7th or the 8th. This really has nothing to do with when I should get billed?

There was no discussion about this change and no permission granted. At this point they have taken money out of my bank account without any permission and therefore this could be considered ******* which is an ******* ******** act.

All I ask is for a return of my earnings to be placed back into my account and the appropriate money of R980 to be given for my health cover to be taken with my permission gladly on the 7th or 8th of every month.

This practice of business with them until this week had been a good one so why are they now being ********s...? Can they return to being a good company that provides a good service for a monthly payment. The choice is in their hands...

May they make the right one and thanks for ruining Christmas for me and my family too...

This is not nice.
