OnePlan Insurance - Ronzley Baatjies

I was serviced by Ronzley Baatjies early this morning and was extremely frustrated at the onset of my Call, because the system was not allowing me to do something that I knew I was allowed to do. Ronzley was immediately helpful, understanding, and extremely forthright in his manner, as I was probably the very first call of the day. He explained what the issue was and immediately assisted, making sure that the matter was resolved whilst I was still on the Line. Excellent effort.
