Oneplan Insurance Pet Medical Aid Outstanding
One of the best experiences I have had with signing up on medical aid, be it for humans or pets. Ghyroonisha Sheik was friendly, professional, understanding and very patient. I unfortunately had to constantly cut our calls short to go into meetings, but Ghyroonisha Sheik would always be understanding, and follow up with grace and respect. Despite being the best medical aid for our new furbaby, price and coverage wise, it was her kindness and professionalism that made me go back after comparing 4 other companies.
