Oneplan insurance is trash. I regret the day i took a cover with it

After 4 weeks of ups and down this morning i received a letter from one plan to say that my claim was rejected in the on basis that "the incident description provided to the insurance does not match the evidence obtained after the investigation" i called to ask as to what description and evidence, the guy who was handling my claim Kgomotso said that i provided false information to say that it was raining on the day of the accident but the pictures from the accident scene shows signs of rain the bonnet and the windscreen have visible rain drops.

They were not determined to pay out my claim from the word go they came up with numerous stories one after another and now they say the claims manager is not available.

Their prices are reasonable yes but you are not really covered in this instance. Stay away from one plan as far possible. They'll take your money and not come through when you're in need of their help.
