Oneplan Insurance is amazing! I am new to load funds and submitting my invoices on the Oneplan App
Oneplan Insurance is amazing! I am new to load funds and submitting my invoices on the Oneplan App. I have selected the incorrect option, unknowingly. When i questioned my invoice being declined and overwhelming the assistance via the app, I received a call from Thembakazi Mbalane. She explained I selected the incorrect option and will re-submit my invoice so the invoice could be approved. She was extremely patient and friendly in explaining things to me and I really appreciated the fact that she gave me a call and not whatsapp the info. Excellent service! I would recommend them to anyone with a fur baby. Well done!
