Oneplan Insurance has one of the best user-friendly application and communicative tools to help their customers process claims and get assistance for any policy related queries. I was assisted in a timely manner (in under 10mins) in making some adjustments to my policy by a lovely lady: *Busisiwe Motha* A lot of insurance companies can learn a lot in regards to the stella Customer Service I have received from One Plan in the four months I have been with them.
