I recently had the pleasure of working with Kim Street from OnePlan Pet Insurance, and I am incredibly impressed by her exceptional service. Kim helped me process a hospital plan in less than 30 minutes, ensuring that my furbaby's procedure could take place immediately and be fully covered under my hospital plan.
Her sympathy, patience, and accommodating nature made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Kim was amazing throughout the entire process, providing clear information and compassionate support.
