Oneplan Insurance does care after all
Much gratitude to Mereshnie, who after requesting for another tax invoice from my doctor and one from the pathology lab, had assisted me with patience and kindness. My health insurance claims have now been successfully settled by Oneplan Insurance, thank you. Sadly, some things do not always work out right for the first time. But, I am very grateful to Oneplan for following through with my complaint and for making everything right again. From this whole unpleasant experience with my health insurance, I know that Oneplan listens to their clients and that they care. Gratitude
