Oneplan insurance

I app**** for medical insurance, i told them that i dont want a hospital plan. Everything i requested for was excluded from this plan. Now they take two months fee, for what... they cant even help with basics. They refuse to return my first installment

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached as we do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations. 
 
As per our telephonic conversation, your selected plan is the Core plan which is our entry-level plan, that offers cover for day-to-day and very Limited in-hospital cover.

According to our policy terms and conditions, any cancellation request must be sent in writing to ***. Once we receive a cancellation request, our Cancellations Team will contact the policyholder within 5 business days to assist with the cancellation. If the request for cancellation was sent after the 7-day cooling off period there is a one (1) calendar month notice period that is required. 

Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly to all clients. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.
  
As per our telephonic conversation, we have proceeded to send an email to your listed email address and we will revert to you with the relevant feedback.
