Oneplan inflated premium increases when you claim
I got an unexpected,inflated, unacceptable , unjustified premium increase of 81 % within a timeframe of 6 months on my premium after a claim due to an accident was made. My complaint was rejected with the reason of risk loading due to the claim and that current premiums is based on the increased health and medical service fees . This after being with them from 2014.
