OnePlan incompetency and refusal to cancel my policy costing me R450 on bounced debit order fees.
I canceled my policy with immediate effect before the benefits started and I was asked to email this request which I did. Oneplan has since debited my account twice without my permission and thus cost me R300 so far on bounced debit order fees. I received a phone call assuring me that my policy was canceled last month yet on the 1st of August I was debited yet again costing me another R150. I want my R450 back and I want an apology. Gosh you are a disorganized company!
