ONEPLAN. How insurane and medical aid should be done.

I just want to write a review for this company as their service was excellent. As this was my 1st claim and the amount was rather large I was a little skeptical on what the outcome would be. But with in 30 mins of my claim application I got approval and I was advised that the amount would be paid into my account. Within 48 hours the amount was paid into my account. This removes so much anxiety from the situation where you are worried about your PET and whether they are going to be OK and then not having to worry about the massive Vet bills that are coming your way on top of that was a great relief. Thank you for making my 1st experience with you a good one and for taking care of my Dog. This is the reason I have pet insurance and you have done exactly what you promised to do. I cant thank you or sing your praises enough.
