Oneplan Healthcare serious disappointment
Suspended my card while my membership was up to date, do not support this organisation no Matter how affordable the premiums are, staff are not knowledgeable and do not maintain administration effectively.

09 Dec 2019, 09:56Hi Carmen,
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
We would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
As per our telephonic discussion, thank you for allowing us to investigate the matter further.
Upon investigation, your November premium was received on the 20th of November, which is after the grace period, hence the policy suspended. "Grace Period” means the period of grace allowed for non-payment of Premium. The Grace Period is fifteen days from the first day of the month in which the Premium was due. During the Grace Period, the policy will be suspended, and no claims will be entertained.
Please be advised that your policy is currently Active and we can now assist you accordingly.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
