Oneplan Health Insurance ticks all the boxes.

After my recent interactions with the staff at Oneplan Health Insurance, I feel motivated to write a review - not something I've done before for ANY business.

3 months ago I was diagnosed and treated for a dread disease which required a number of medical interventions, some of which required me to pay upfront, whilst other service providers dealt directly with Oneplan. During this time my experience with Oneplan has been fantastic and they epitomise how an efficient organisation should function. Well informed and friendly employees, easy submission of claims, quick turn around times for re-imbur*****t of claims and excellent communication during the claiming process are a few of the key factors which are important to me and which Oneplan employees do exceptionally well. I've never been more satisfied with a Medical Aid/Health Insurance company than I am with Oneplan.
