OnePlan Health Insurance, is not what they say they are. Be careful.
Ladies and Gentleman, if you ever thinking of joining OnePlan Health Insurance, please make sure to read all the reviews on OnePlan, they are eager to take your money, but when it gets time to pay money, they turn around and reject your claim, which means if you, your spouse or child ends up requiring emergency care, they just refuse as your claim was rejected, only because if you submit a invoice you obtained from the Medical Practitioner, is a written invoice and not a printed invoice. Now lets be clear, this invoice comes out of a invoice book, with the Practice name, Practitioner Name & Practice number printed on the Invoice, and only completed by hand, yet they reject it, as they accuses people and Practitioners to be *****ulent.
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
Kindly note that a detailed computerized invoice reflecting the services rendered, including the proof of payment is required when claiming for any day-to-day benefits. The reason for this is for auditing purposes on our side and to prevent ***** as funds are loaded within 60 seconds onto your Onecard.
Please take note that in-hospital claims can still be processed as the day-to-day benefit differs from an in-hospital claim.
We have acknowledged your complaint and escalated the matter to our relevant department. You can expect a follow-up from one of our senior managers to discuss the matter further.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope to restore the experience.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
