OnePlan Health - atrocious customer service (or non-customer service)

Most unfortunately I signed up with OnePlan at the beginning of this month - their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They acted on an online order - despite several requests from me for someone to contact me telephonically, they keep sending emails that I must "see their previous email"! As far as I know to take money off someones banking account without informing them of details is acting *******ly - despite promises I have also not received any policy documents.
