Oneplan have always given me great service
Oneplan have always given me great service. I was just assisted by PATIENCE to remove my pet who passed away and to add my other pet. She handled the conversation with so much empathy and kindness. She was really proficient too and sorted everything out for me quickly. Losing a pet is difficult and I’m grateful to Oneplan for allowing me to do everything i could to help her when she was ill. Because when you’re going through it with a pet it’s heartbreaking to not be able to afford to give them the care they need. If it wasn’t for Oneplan, this wouldn’t have been possible for my pet and although she sadly died I am comforted to know that they helped her last weeks be pain-free and good.
