Oneplan give me back my money!

<p>I cancelled my account at the beginning of June. First they never responded to my cancellation email I had to call them to make sure they terminate the contract! Now on the 7th of June they debit R100 from my account. The call centre consultant did not say anything about a cancellation fee?!?!?!</p> <p>I demand a refund immediately!!!!!</p>
