Oneplan garnish order for R262. 00.
I was a member for over a year and only uses my insurance dor doctora visits and a small amount of over the counter medication that was prescribed by a GP. I submitted my receipts and received relatively good service untill one day a consultant said the normal doctors receipt is not good enough any more. I ried to submit futher proof and Oneplan immediately started harassing me with Letters of Demand for R262. 00.Please note not two thousand bit Two hundred and sixty two rand. For a consultation that I gave them proof of. Now I was threatened by Briana Smit that they will garnish my salary for R262. 00.Oneplan is desperately trying to chase away clients. Please dont join this insurance. Its a massive joke to say the least. I would not even put my animals on your plans. Its worthless. You have people working there on little power trips and once they decide a receipt that used to be 100% fine ia no longer valid. And this was without prior notification of change. STAY AWAY South-Africans.
Thank you for taking the time to bring your complaint to our attention and for allowing us an opportunity to resolve this.
The outstanding amount is a result of a claim that was not finalised due to the incorrect document that was submitted. Upon investigation we have identified that you submitted a receipt and not a detailed invoice.
Our product is uniquely designed in that we pay our clients before they see a doctor, in doing so we require a picture of the invoice so that we can validate that the funds were correctly used. We were unable to do in this case and can confirm that you were sent communication regarding this when the claim was rejected.
We are sorry that you feel this way.
Kind RegardsOneplan
