<p>BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD . DO. NOT. SIGN. UP. WITH. THESE. PEOPLE. After I have learned that my dog is covered, but "with no cover yet" - and that they dont cover ANY tests, procedures or anything other than definite conclusive diagnoses, I have cancelled this bogus insurance plan I have. They are however still debiting my bank account!!!! I am trying to get my debit orders back at the moment. (400 something per month) oh AND I havent received the payment card yet! Haha. *****. DO. NOT. SIGN. UP. WITH. ONEPLAN. .</p>

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. As per our policy wording, we do not cover any in hospital diagnostic procedures and diagnostic procedures may be claimed for under the vet visit benefit. However we are not denying cover for the treatment of a diagnosed condition.
We cannot express the importance to all our clients to fami****ise themselves with our policy wording when taking out the insurance to ensure that they are aware of what is covered and what is not.
Kindly do allow us some time to have a look into your policy with regards to this and we will revert back to you.
