OnePlan FALSE ADVERTISING

As advertised: pay your vet bills with your OnePlan card before you leave the vet! -this has not once been the case in the year and a bit that I’ve been with OnePlan. I’ve used their App which is meant to be even more accessible and fast, and still, I always have to pay the vet and ‘claim back’. This time I’m told that my pets’ illness cover will be claimed back as a vet visit because he didn’t spend the night in hospital- an exclusion I was also never made aware of. Let me clarify, illness cover per annum is R29 000, vet visits are R1 050. My bill that I’m trying to claim back for, R1288,50. I’ve been dealing with their consultant, Mamsy, who is equal parts evasive and plain uncommunicative. This is FALSE ADVERTISING to the max!!
