My father was in a car accident on the 25th of December 2020 and would u believe that he is still waiting for a pay out that takes 14th working days to pay so please count with me from the 31st of December until now what could have been so hard for them to pay the money coz we have never miss a payment..... so I wrote a email after the 14th waiting period to check what the hold up coz the car is waiting to be taken to the panel beater and they responded like Mr Mkhize our financial team where on holidays and they only returned so they on top of it , so i relaxed hoping that she might be telling the truth but still up until now the is no payment made but I see my account they have debited me already this prove that oneplan insure doesn't care about us or ur belongings the only thing they care of is our money and it shows to how useless they are.

Kindly note certain terms and conditions on the turnaround time for payment is always applicable to ensure that the claim is processed correctly.
Upon investigation we discovered that the agreement was only established on the 12th of January 2021. Settlement of loss takes between 7 to 14 working days with the exclusions of weekends. We received your returned documents on the 11th of January 2021 which means that your settlement is still within the allowed turn around time. You claim has been processed and will be settled timeously.
