Oneplan excuses
Still no resolution after being promised that all issues are ironed out. More excuses as to why my proof of script medication and proof of payment cannot be validated. Enough is enough. Cancel this policy immediately for the 2nd time!!!!!!!

Upon investigation we regret to inform you that both claims that you submitted were declined. The claim submitted on the 17th of November 2019 was identified as over the counter medication, please be advised that we only cover scripted medication and the second claim on the 6th of December 2019 was for medication that is a total exclusion on the cover. We are deeply saddened to see you go but hope to someday have you part of the Oneplan family again. Kind regards,
