Title: Exceptional Service from Raziz Yousuf at Oneplan - A 100% Gem!
I would like to give a HUGE compliment to Raziz Yousuf from Oneplan.
Razia was not only professional, but she was also kind, patient and really genuine. From the first moment, I felt completely safe in her hands by the way she guided me throughout the quotation and then the online application. She explained everything so clearly and never rushed me.
We need more Razia's in this world - life would be a much better place!
She gets a 100% rating from me. Thank you Razia for the excellent service you gave me.
I will definitely be recommending you and Oneplan to all my fellow furbaby mums and dads.
